Join Pan-African Community Action (PACA) on Wednesday, Sept 14th to discuss Black Power: The Politics of Liberation.
The term “Black Power” was popularized by Kwame Ture during a Mississippi civil rights rally in 1966. Examining excerpts from the book Black Power: The Politics of Liberation by Ture and Charles Hamilton, we will analyze the social context that gave rise to the term and lessons we can take to guide our current struggle for African liberation.
Join us for this, Wednesday at 7pm to discuss. Register here.
