Counter the Unity of the Pan European Colonial Project with Greater Unity of the African and Colonized Peoples in Our Region:

Stand with the People of Venezuela!

“Lenin was crystal clear on the importance of the struggle for anti-colonial national liberation in the South. But contemporary Eurocentric Western radicals have abandoned the simple and strategically clear positions of their progenitors that the struggle for national liberation continues”

- Ajamu Baraka, The Western left's collaboration with the Western bourgeoisie

“Full spectrum” dominance is a bipartisan imperialist doctrine committed to maintaining U.S. economic, political and military superiority in every region on the planet. The offensive being waged against those states in the Caribbean and Latin America struggling to establish some degree of independence is consistent with U.S. policy: there is not a state in the region that will be allowed to escape the clutches of U.S. colonialism.

The imperialist aggression against Venezuela is seen by U.S. officials as key to maintaining control of the Americas. But the people of this region are determined to resist that aggression. For BAP, we see the struggle in solidarity with the peoples of Venezuela as no more than the external expression of the colonial fight that we are involved in within the borders of the U.S. settler-colonial project.
