The Black worker is imported when capital needs labor and disposed of when capital does not. On International Workers’ Day, BAPSoCal stood with Community Self Defense Coalition and comrades across Los Angeles at the May Day Rally, because that war on the Black worker is being waged in our own city, and because the Black worker’s enemy is every worker’s enemy: capital.

The Black neighborhood is preserved when it serves accumulation and destroyed when it stands in the way. The Black migrant is welcomed when the stadiums need building and hunted when the games are over.

The 2026 World Cup and the 2028 Olympics are the current weapons of that war.
