National Security Presidential Memorandum 7 (NSPM-7), signed in September 2025, directs Joint Terrorism Task Forces to investigate "anti-Americanism, anti-capitalism, and anti-Christianity" as indicators of domestic terrorism, mobilizing post-9/11 security infrastructure against left opposition. This is simply the latest development in the U.S. imperialist state’s domestic and global strategy of full spectrum domination and war on the self-determination of Black/African and colonized peoples.
