BAP Baltimore Citywide Alliance continues to agitate against police occupation. Since launching the Demilitarize Baltimore petition in July 2025, we have collected hundreds of signatures from residents, in support of our core demands. Law enforcement officers are carrying out a war of aggression on the streets of Baltimore. Constantly being subjected to state sanctioned repression, violence, surveillance and police terror has not made Baltimore City safer for African/Black residents, regardless of narratives being spun by elected officials.

Warfare waged against us domestically is no different than violent interventions taking place in Haiti, Venezuela, occupied Palestine and several other countries struggling for liberation. The political forces escalating violence against the colonized masses of the world must be met with resistance. Join us as we speak out to learn more about defending our community during this pivotal moment.
