Maryland's People’s Movement Assembly on Food Sovereignty, Black Liberation, and AI Data Centers is less than two weeks away! Please take a few minutes to RSVP if you plan on going, especially if you want to table. We already have several farmers, food system organizers, and Black liberation organizations who will be tabling at the event and providing produce, literature, plant medicine, and more. We’d love for you to join us!

The Assembly will be facilitated by the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement, Media Justice, Mosaic Collective, Black Alliance for Peace, the Party for Socialism and Liberation, the No Landover Data Center Group, and several local farmers. We’ll unpack the history of Black agriculture in the County, highlight the importance of food sovereignty in black liberation struggles, and strategize our collective resistance to the threats posed by AI Data Centers and Big Tech Billionaires. Together we’ll shape a vision for the County grounded in liberation, people power, and self-determination.
