About this event

The War on Cuba takes an inside look on the effects of U.S. policy on the Cuban people. This screening will present a selection of the part 2 of the series (episodes 4-6), and will end with a conversation between Liz Oliva Fernández, the documentary's journalist and producer, Netfa Freeman, BAP Co-Coordinator on Africa and Erica Caines of Hood Communist. 

Belly of The Beast is an award-winning documentary production crew focused on the long-lasting effects of the U.S. economic siege on the Cuban people. 

Black Alliance for Peace is committed to re-developing the Black Radical Tradition’s anti-war + anti-imperialist positions for today’s material conditions.
