The Black Alliance For Peace Baltimore Citywide Alliance and The Maryland Council of Elders have collaborated to conduct town halls meetings for community members of Baltimore City. Since the start of the pandemic, being able to gather in-person with the community has been strained. BAP- Baltimore and MCOE have partnered up for two purposes:

• provide popular education & Awareness of what’s happening in the city and in the world

• build a popular peoples' struggle in Baltimore against the ongoing conditions affecting housing, healthcare, education, and more.
