Join BAP NYC/NJ in the Newark area on February 4th, 2025! We will be giving an overview on the Alliance of Sahel States (AES) and their fight for sovereignty and self-determination.

Since their inception, the AES, which is comprised of the countries of Niger, Mali, and Burkina Faso, have been able to remove foreign armies from their lands, begin the process of reclaiming the means of production through development of economic projects, and defend themselves against internal neocolonial pressures on the continent. This formation has served as a huge inspiration and example of Pan-African solidarity to those throughout the African diaspora as the fight to dismantle imperialism continues.
