Accommodations and venue are provided near the BWI Airport in Baltimore, MD. Exact location and details will be sent to registered participants.

Registration is required for in-person and virtual attendance.
All participants must register for this important BAP Membership convening. Registration is $35 per person and does not include transportation, accommodations or dinner. Registration is required for in-person and virtual attendance. Fees are used to defray costs associated with organizing this major event.
Accommodations
Hotel rooms at the convening venue are $169 per night for single occupancy and $214 per night for double occupancy. We strongly encourage BAP members to stay at the hotel.
Hotel rooms include Dinner Friday and Saturday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. That means no “dinner on your own,” as meals are all inclusive.
Registered users will receive a link to reserve and pay for your hotel room(s).
If you are traveling alone, but want to room with someone, please contact assistant@blackallianceforpeace.com with your details so we can facilitate the process.
Scholarships
Financial scholarships are available to individuals and groups traveling from out of town. Scholarships can include full or partial coverage of transportation and hotel accommodations.
When completing your registration form, click on the scholarship option and leave any necessary information in the comments section, such as group size, if support is needed only for accommodations, etc.
Scholarships are not guaranteed and prioritize groups over individuals- so organize your city to come in together!

Local Members
Members living in the greater Baltimore area who are not staying at the hotel must pay for breakfast and dinner. Lunch is included with the cost of registratio.

About the Event:
As the war on Africans at home and abroad continues to rage on, our organization continues to expand its membership and base.
Since our 2022 member convening in Atlanta, the imperialist powers led by the U.S. have ratched up their violence, repression and efforts to vanquish all anti-war, anti-imperialist, human-centered movements across the globe. In Haiti and on the continent, the crisis of imperialism continues to be the root cause for the centuries of death and deprivation. We have witnessed non-stop bloodshed in Gaza in particular over the last 11 months. In the U.S. stifling dissent against the Democratic Party has caused its benevolent veneer to unravel further in the midst of the proliferation of Cop Cities.
The BAP Bi-Annual Membership Convening is an opportunity for members to connect in-person, participate in building BAP’s campaigns and walk away feeling enriched after learning from comrades. Your participation is crucial to our efforts in reigniting the Black Radical Peace Tradition.
